Job Summary: We are seeking an individual with both technical and leadership expertise. This leadership position will take ownership of the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of phone and computer repair, excellent inventory management skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and repairs, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices, including iPhones, Samsung, iPads, Laptops, and other devices.
  • Ensure the repair shop is well-organized and all tools and equipment are maintained.
  • Maintain iFix operation standard operating procedures are followed and all quality standards are upheld.
  • Consistently surpass sales and profit targets by maintaining costs, overseeing marketing initiatives, and building out the brand.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts and order new parts as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques.
