Responsibilities
  • Promptly, professionally, and politely answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Direct any persons to correct destination.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Willing to work Saturday 12 pm-8:45 pm
  • Schedule 6 days a week. 32-36 hrs. 3:45 pm-8:45 pm Monday-Friday.
