Position Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to support maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination activities at our Coldwater manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for developing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance schedules, coordinating maintenance work orders, supporting contractor management, and helping drive equipment reliability and operational uptime. The Maintenance Planner will partner closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and outside contractors to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules through MaintainX
โ€ข Coordinate maintenance work orders, contractor services, and project activities
โ€ข Track maintenance KPIs, OEE reporting, and department documentation
โ€ข Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts
