Job description

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.
The hourly rate for this position is $29.31 per hour.

What you'll do:
• Develop, maintain, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facility assets.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
• Utilize CMMS systems to create, track, and close work orders.
• Monitor equipment maintenance history and analyze trends to identify reliability improvements.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment criticality, operational needs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate labor, materials, parts, tools, and contractor support necessary for maintenance activities.
• Track maintenance performance metrics, including PM compliance, equipment downtime, and completion rates.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support root cause analyses and corrective action plans for equipment failures.
• Participate on TPM RIE events and other CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with department and contractors for scheduling of PM needs and/or urgent service needs.
• Work with the Maintenance Technicians to improve the PM content of their tasks. Create / Modify Autonomous Maintenance Checklist to support TPM strategy.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED from Accredited institution.
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial setting role
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred qualifications:
• Operations Experience
• Maintenance experience
• SAP business system experience is a plus
• Experience in a maintenance technician role.

• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and parts breakdown.

• This ideal candidate will be detailed, analytical, and results oriented.

• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, as needed by the business.
