As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our hotel's facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventative Maintenance:
    • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other equipment.
    • Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment as needed to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
    • Replace worn or damaged parts promptly to avoid breakdowns.
    • Monitor and maintain building systems, such as fire alarm systems, security systems, and irrigation systems.
  • Reactive Maintenance:
    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Troubleshoot and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
    • Perform minor carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
  • Safety and Compliance:
