What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and infrastructure systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems (HVAC, chillers, air compressors)
  • Support automation and equipment upgrade projects alongside engineering
  • Learn or apply PLC and control system fundamentals
  • Lead Technicians serve as subject matter experts in high-level troubleshooting, fabrication, and project support. They provide mentorship and training to team members but do not have direct supervisory responsibilities, as salaried supervisors manage people and shift operations.

Who We're Looking For

  • 0-6+ years of industrial maintenance experience (placement based on skill level)
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, or facility systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC, compressed air, chilled water systems, and PLC basics
  • Ability to read schematics, follow safety standards, and use CMMS systems
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
