Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment
  • Inspect equipment and facilities to identify wear, damage, or potential issues
  • Complete minor repairs and adjustments as needed
  • Replace filters, belts, lubricate components, and perform general upkeep
  • Accurately document maintenance activities and report findings to management
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Travel to customer locations as required using company vehicle

Qualifications:
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • 1–3 years of preventive or general maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
  • Reliable and capable of working independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders
  • Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments
