Adecco is assisting their client in recruitment for this Direct Hire opportunity. We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee facility maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and building systems run safely and efficiently. This role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Coordinate and perform equipment and facility repairs.
  • Schedule and track preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain work orders and service records.
  • Coordinate projects, repairs, and contractor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot recurring equipment issues and implement solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of maintenance staff.
  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology or a related field, plus 2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Food manufacturing, GMP, and quality control experience preferred.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
