Job description

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of property maintenance across Village Realty's vacation rental portfolio. Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance work orders, communicating with vendors and in-house maintenance technicians, updating homeowners, company staff and ensuring timely and effective resolution of property issues.

This is a non-remote position located in Nags Head, NC.
