We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and keep properties running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who can balance administrative tasks with hands-on problem-solving, all while building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.

As our Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors. From coordinating move-ins and rent collection to handling maintenance requests and ensuring compliance, you’ll play a key role in protecting and growing the value of our properties. You’ll also maintain accurate records, manage Rent Manager data, and support tenant retention initiatives to create a seamless and professional experience for everyone involved.
