Overview
Lutron Electronics is looking for a forward-thinking Learning Technologist to support the evolution of digital learning across our organization. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the crossroads of technology, learning innovation, and talent development-partnering closely with our global L&D teams, HR, and IT to enhance how learning is designed, delivered, and experienced.
In this role, you'll help shape the digital strategy behind Lutron University (LU)-ensuring that every employee enjoys a seamless, engaging learning experience. You'll support the implementation and management of our learning platforms, the design of high-impact digital content, and bring scalable solutions that elevate learning across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Lutron University's learning technology stack, including the LMS (Workday Learning), LXPs (LinkedIn Learning, NovoEd), and internal learning portals (MS SharePoint).
  • Integrate, implement, and support a variety of learning technologies, including authoring tools, mobile platforms, AI generators, and other digital learning apps.
  • Partner with instructional designers and facilitators to advise on the effective use of learning technologies in course design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Lutron University team to create and deliver engaging, technology-enhanced learning experiences.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning systems and provide user support to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Guide external learning vendors on how to successfully integrate their tools with Lutron's learning platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility, preservation, and proper management of digital learning content and materials.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging learning technologies to enhance user experience and learning effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and sustainability of multimedia content such as eLearning modules, videos, podcasts, and digital assessments.
  • Track, analyze, and report on learning data to monitor engagement, platform utilization, and overall effectiveness of learning solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required with a degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Design, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Docebo)
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all related degrees
  • Proven understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training strategies
  • Proficiency with eLearning development tools and digital media production
  • Experience in User-Centered Design, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), learning analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Project Management (solution integration and deployment)
