Job description

Are you an individual who has strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask? Do you enjoy educating and training others on processes and taking the lead on process improvement efforts? If so, we would love for you to apply for our Service Learning Coordinator position!

What you'll be doing:

  • Training of existing and new employees on the use of the Meditech electronic medical records system.
  • Development of training and on-boarding material using tools and resources provided by San Luis Valley Health that illustrate clear step-by-step, standard processes to be used for future reference which encompass all information provided in live training, while ensuring all training material is maintained and kept current.
  • Managing training programs including continuous monitoring of completed courses, data analysis of course completion and deploying training based on data results.
  • Utilizing training software reports to demonstrate ongoing improvement of training and resources.
  • Working closely with management to ensure that established workflows are followed, opportunities are identified for process improvement and additional training is provided as needed.
