Position Overview
The Experiential Learning Coordinator for the College of Business and Economics will expand and operationalize experiential learning opportunities for students. This role is responsible for identifying business partners and delivering real-world, applied learning experiences by connecting students and faculty with external partners.
Working closely with the Dean's Office and faculty, the coordinator will identify opportunities where students can apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges-particularly in areas such as analytics, AI, consulting, and process improvement. The role blends relationship development with hands-on project design, ensuring that experiential learning is embedded, scalable, and impactful across the college.

Position Qualifications
Required Experience
  • One year of work experience in student support services, sales, clientele support services or organizational learning
  • Experience working effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year institution

Additional Preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to represent CBE professionally
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with faculty, students, and external stakeholders
  • Experience teaching at the university level
