Learning Coordinator, Member Engagement Center

Abound Credit Union is now hiring a friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personality to play a key role in designing, maintaining, coordinating and implementing the training programs for Abound Credit Union departments, newly hired staff, and existing staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct appropriate and as-needed training on processes, systems, SOPs, regulations, products and services and other topics. Travel may be required to branches and departments for individual or group training.
  • Enthusiastically seek to improve processes, create efficiency in support and material guides, educational content, and all other learning opportunities for the Member Engagement Center.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement training programs for newly hired credit union teammates that incorporate branch and department on the job experiences and online training and testing.
  • Prepare training correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and all other communications utilizing a broad range of computer applications.
  • Contributes to the department calendar rotation for Squad Sessions in delivery, reporting, updating and other Squad deliverables as needed.
  • Create and develop training surveys and evaluations to gauge feedback; conveying results objectively to manager, and applying feedback to existing training strategies to improve, adjust, and launch successful training updates and material.

What We Need:

  • Associate’s degree, or some college, from an accredited college/university or progress towards completion, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic understanding and experience with loan, teller, member service operations/procedures, and call center initiatives and expectations.
  • Basic understanding, knowledge, and/or experience with Abound Credit Union processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Basic understanding, experience, and/or knowledge of learning and professional development training concepts to enhance learning experiences.
  • Basic understanding or experience with using PowerPoint or other presentation software.
