Job description

The Learning Coordinator supports the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that accelerate talent development in the Culligan North American Dealer Network. They collaborate with Learning and Development team members to develop engaging learning materials and ensure smooth execution of programs, workshops, courses, and online learning experiences. The role involves managing classroom logistics, providing participant support, tracking participation, utilizing learning management systems, and analyzing feedback to improve program effectiveness. Strong communication, organization, and problem‐solving abilities help the coordinator create a seamless and impactful learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of Dealer Network training programs, including virtual and in‐person sessions.
  • Support the development of learning materials by collaborating with subject‐matter experts, designers, and facilitators.
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) by uploading content, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Monitor enrollment, attendance, and completion rates to ensure compliance with organizational learning requirements.
  • Collect and analyze learner feedback to identify opportunities for improving training content and delivery.
  • Communicate training updates, reminders, and instructions to employees and leaders across the North American Dealer Network.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that summarize learning metrics and support data‐driven decision‐making.
  • Ensure training materials and processes align with company policies, quality standards, and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Talent Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Two to four years of working experience.
  • One to two years of training and development experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus.

Target Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 salary a year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
