In this role, you'll help shape the digital strategy behind Lutron University (LU)-ensuring that every employee enjoys a seamless, engaging learning experience. You'll support the implementation and management of our learning platforms, the design of high-impact digital content, and bring scalable solutions that elevate learning across the organization.
If you're passionate about learning tech, instructional design, and building intuitive digital learning ecosystems, we'd love to connect.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Lutron University's learning technology stack, including the LMS (Workday Learning), LXPs (LinkedIn Learning, NovoEd), and internal learning portals (MS SharePoint).
  • Integrate, implement, and support a variety of learning technologies, including authoring tools, mobile platforms, AI generators, and other digital learning apps.
  • Partner with instructional designers and facilitators to advise on the effective use of learning technologies in course design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Lutron University team to create and deliver engaging, technology-enhanced learning experiences.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning systems and provide user support to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Guide external learning vendors on how to successfully integrate their tools with Lutron's learning platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility, preservation, and proper management of digital learning content and materials.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging learning technologies to enhance user experience and learning effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and sustainability of multimedia content such as eLearning modules, videos, podcasts, and digital assessments.
  • Track, analyze, and report on learning data to monitor engagement, platform utilization, and overall effectiveness of learning solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required with a degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Design, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Docebo)
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all related degrees
  • Proven understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training strategies
  • Proficiency with eLearning development tools and digital media production
  • Experience in User-Centered Design, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), learning analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Project Management (solution integration and deployment)

What we offer:
  • A team with collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous learning
  • Opportunities to contribute to enterprise-wide learning initiatives
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and platforms
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on learners' experiences globally
