Job description

Title: LMS Administrator – SuccessFactors LMS | Applications Support Specialist | Learning Management System Administrator

Location: Hybrid (King of Prussia, PA – up to 3x/week) OR Remote (Eastern/Central Time Zone)

Duration: Contract (04/13/2026 – 07/31/2026)

JD:
LMS Administrator supporting SAP SuccessFactors LMS operations, including course administration, learning management, reporting, troubleshooting, and LMS support for Commercial training programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer SAP SuccessFactors LMS including course setup, curricula management, and learning plan configuration

  • Create, update, and maintain training items, content objects, curricula, and assignment profiles in LMS

  • Manage LMS enrollments, completions, equivalencies, approvals, and session scheduling within SuccessFactors LMS

  • Configure assignment rules, target audiences, and learning assignments for Commercial learners

  • Troubleshoot LMS issues related to user access, course assignments, completions, and system functionality

  • Process and track LMS requests via ServiceNow and SharePoint; escalate complex LMS or system issues to HRIS/IT teams

  • Generate LMS reports, compliance reports, and completion reports; perform data extraction, validation, and analysis using Excel

  • Support deployment of training initiatives including curricula launches and learning campaigns

  • Collaborate with Commercial Training teams, LMS administrators, IT support, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Maintain LMS documentation, SOP adherence, job aids, and knowledge articles to ensure audit readiness and compliance
