HRP022, HR Specialist 3 (L)

“LMS Administrator”

Job Salary: $72,000-$75,000



We are committed to cultivating a strong learning culture and delivering meaningful development opportunities across our organization. As we continue expanding our learning ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Administrator to ensure our platform is efficient, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administration of Cornerstone Learning including course creation, learning assignments, curricula, customization, and portal management
  • Build and maintain dynamic groups, permissions, and organizational units to support accurate targeting of training
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to upload, test, and deploy learning content and curricula
  • Troubleshoot SCORM and xAPI content for compatibility with Cornerstone
  • Experience creating or managing LMS reporting and dashboards
  • Configure and maintain pages, widgets, and system preferences to support an intuitive learner experience
  • Support managers and employees with usability questions, system navigation, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy learning campaigns, compliance initiatives, and certification programs
  • Partner with IT and Cornerstone support on system updates, Edge integrations, SSO issues, and data feeds
  • Conduct ongoing quality checks to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance controls
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Document processes and train internal stakeholders on the Cornerstone platform



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The selected candidate must meet the advertised minimum qualifications to include State Entry Qualifications as well as Agency Specific Minimum Qualifications.


STATE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED AND Three years of experience providing educational, training or instructional services in functional area.

NOTE: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training or certifications that provided the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year over year.


AGENCY SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on administration experience with Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Strong understanding of Cornerstone's Learning module including learning assignments, curricula, ILT Events, dynamic groups, and permission structures
  • Experience generating and interpreting reports
  • Solid understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and common troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, critical thinking skills, technical support, attention to details, and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to make sound and well-informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder-management abilities and experience successfully building relationships with peers to be viewed as a trusted resource for advice and guidance.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the diplomacy and professionalism to effectively respond and resolve internal and external customer needs.
  • Presents a professional image at all times.


AGENCY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Cornerstone’s Performance, Transform or Connect modules
  • Familiarity with Edge Import, Edge Marketplace, or API integrations
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
  • Experience supporting compliance training programs at scale
