Job Summary:
FirstDay Foundation is a company dedicated to making a positive impact globally. They are seeking a Learning Management System Administrator responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of their learning management system, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.
Responsibilities:
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring accurate setup and maintaining less than 1% error rate in permissions and roles.
• Provide timely technical support, responding to all tickets within 4 hours and resolving 90% of issues within 24-48 hours.
• Ensure data integrity and security, generating monthly engagement and completion reports and ad-hoc reports within 24 hours of request.
• Assist and support eLearning and media director with contracts and service level agreements with LMS providers and vendor on monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and any request from organization.
• Generate reports and analyzing data to track user engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts.
• Manage multiple priorities, tickets, or requests while meeting established deadlines and expectations.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and carry out multiple, complex, highly collaborative projects, ensuring goals are clear, team and stakeholders are informed, and delivery timelines are met.
• Excellent virtual and in-person communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service when supporting users via support tickets, email, or live troubleshooting, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with one (1) year of experience preferred, but not required.
• Associate degree in a related field with three (3) years of experience supporting learning management systems, learning technologies, or training operations.
• High school diploma/GED with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting learning management systems, learning technologies, or training operations.
• Experience supporting or administering an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, permissions, course configuration, reporting, and system integrations.
• Provide technical support and resolving system-related issues in a timely, service-oriented environment.
• Generate reports and analyzing data to track user engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
