Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable LMS Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to our Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and desktop support to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction. The LMS Support specialist will work closely with users to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for LMS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the LMS platform.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computer systems, including Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Support VPN connections and manage firewall settings to ensure secure access to the LMS.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain LAN connectivity and optimize network performance.
  • Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system for tracking purposes.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on effective use of the LMS tools and features.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and best practices related to IT infrastructure and operating systems.

Experience

  • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
