How You Will Make an Impact
  • Partner with business leaders across Sales, Client Relationship Management, Client Service, Operations, Technology, and other functional areas to identify current and future learning needs through performance data, surveys, job analysis, and business priorities.
  • Design and implement learning strategies that improve sales effectiveness, employee performance, client engagement, productivity, and overall business outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans that align with organizational goals and support employee growth across technical, professional, business, and client-facing competencies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to document business processes and translate them into engaging, scalable learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver training on sales enablement, consultative selling, client relationship management (CRM), presentation skills, negotiation, business development, technical applications, business processes, leadership, and professional development.
  • Coach employees individually and in groups to build confidence, improve performance, strengthen presentation and communication skills, and develop consultative client relationships.
  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences, including workshops, simulations, role-playing, and practice-based learning.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, sales playbooks, client conversation guides, and other learning resources using modern instructional design principles.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, business metrics, CRM adoption, client satisfaction, sales performance, and overall business outcomes, continuously refining programs based on data.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences, improve content development, personalize learning, and analyze training effectiveness.
  • Stay current on financial services, sales methodologies, adult learning principles, instructional technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Perform Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, and learning analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring employees and collaborating closely with Learning & Development colleagues and cross-functional business partners.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Sales Enablement, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Client Relationship Management, Client Service, Operations, Technology, and/or Financial Services.
  • Experience delivering training in sales enablement, client relationship management, presentation skills, business development, technical systems, business processes, leadership, and professional skills.
  • Demonstrated coaching experience, particularly with client-facing professionals and business leaders.
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience developing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning experiences.
  • Experience creating sales enablement resources such as playbooks, presentation materials, conversation guides, and job aids is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and supporting CRM adoption through training is a plus.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize learning, and analyze learning effectiveness.
  • Excellent facilitation, executive presentation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and experience developing training materials, job aids, and business documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Financial services experience, including Hedge Funds, Private Markets, Investor Services, Asset Management, or FinTech, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional certifications.
