What You'll Do

  • Own the enterprise-wide learning strategy, operating model, and LMS governance. 
  • Translate business strategy into a clear learning agenda, partnering with executives to define priorities.
  • Evaluate existing learning programs to:
    • Identify opportunities for simplification
    • Improved alignment with organizational goals.
    • Modernize existing learning content and delivery methods.
  • Integrate technology and tools that enable scalable learning and reduce operational burden.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with Human Resources, Information Services, and Field Operations to ensure learning strategy, people processes, and operational execution are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
  • Translate business model shifts into clear learning solutions that simplify processes, clarify responsibilities, and drive consistency across markets.
  • Lead and develop the Program Manager Team responsible for overseeing the Coach Team to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Execute the budgeting process to ensure learning priorities and development needs are strategically addressed across the business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a learning function.
  • Demonstrated experience building governance models, measurement frameworks, and scalable learning operations.
  • Has played a key role in an organizational learning transformation.
  • Experience working with a dispersed, field-based organization.
  • Experience in new home construction is ideal, but not required.
