Requirements:

  • Learning & Development experience to include administrative, analysis and/or resourcing experience. 2+years
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. 2+years
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel) and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools. 2+year
  • Microsoft Office, Workday, Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Must have strong experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Candidate should be highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (strong Excel experience: pivot tables, text to column, Macros, etc.)
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports Learning curriculums, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensures communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers.
  • Schedules learning events as outlined through the planning and request processes.
  • Matches the learning facility capabilities (room size, technology capability, other equipment, configuration, instructor, etc.) with the scheduling requirements.
  • Performs both resourcing and/or delivery (preparation) support for Learning & Development teams.
  • Manages Learning Management Systems.
