Job Purpose
AAK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to supportour Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. This internship offers hands-onexperience in food industry quality systems, regulatory compliance, and datamanagement. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant academicprogram and has a strong interest in quality assurance, food science,regulatory affairs, or a related field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
The duties of the Quality Intern include but are not limited to:
1. Data reporting, digital transition of analytical testing results, andstatistical monitoring
2. Regulatory updates (newsletters, presentations, trackers)
3. Customer statement review for AAK global compliance and US regulatorycompliance
4. Global QFS management system standardization support
5. Quality/Regulatory research and reporting
