Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead

New York, NY (Onsite 3days/week)

Long Term

Role Summary

Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Lead responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC). Acts as a functional expert and client advisor driving learning transformation and compliance enablement.

Experience Requirements

  • 815 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
  • 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
  • 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
  • Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
  • Strong exposure to Learning Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Implementation Experience with Healthcare Sector clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution design.
  • Configure catalog, courses, offerings, certifications, and learning journeys.
  • Define learning architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Manage data migration and native integrations with Core HR and Talent.
  • Define and establish integrations with 3rdparty content providers.
  • Design OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
  • Lead SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Provide guidance on HDL, Extracts, and integrations.

Core Skills

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud (catalog, certifications, ILT/VILT).
  • Strong understanding of native Core HR, Talent, and Recruiting integration.
  • Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
  • Strong reporting and analytics capability.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Consulting Leadership

  • Strong client engagement and advisory capability.
  • Ability to lead workshops and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
