Job Description Job Summary: The Sr. Learning & Talent Systems Specialist is ADT's expert on enterprise learning platforms, ensuring every employee has a seamless experience while helping us move into the future. You'll partner with HR Technology and IT to support updates and feature enhancements, provide direct support to learners and admins, and lead change enablement for new capabilities. By applying automation, AI, and analytics, you'll improve adoption and data integrity-making it easier for people at ADT to learn, grow, and develop in ways that strengthen both individual potential and our shared success. Role Responsibilities: Learning Platform Administration
  • Serve as SME for Oracle Learning, LinkedIn Learning, and other Learner Platforms.
  • Maintain system standards, best practices, and governance.
  • Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of learning content for compliance, onboarding, and skills-based programs.
  • Partner with IT and HR Technology to pilot and scale new automation, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring business-side configuration and data integrity.
  • Train and mentor LMS Admins and Power Users; empower self-service and scalable enablement across the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain job aids, toolkits, and training resources; communicate system changes and enablement initiatives.
  • Provide expert support to all employees and learning admins, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high user satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, system adoption, and user experience through continuous feedback and analytics.
Compliance, Risk, & Governance
  • Assign, track, and report on mandatory training (ethics, harassment, EHS); ensure audit readiness and alignment with ADT guidance.
  • Implement and validate automation rules; troubleshoot failures and exceptions, partnering with Legal and EHS as needed.
  • Guide compliance processes, access approvals, and best practices for sub-admins and business partners.
  • Produce compliance-related reports (e.g., audit, legal requests) and validate automation-driven reporting outputs for accuracy.
Analytics & Data-Driven Insights
  • Design and deliver dashboards, predictive analytics, and compliance reports for HR, Legal, and business leaders.
  • Leverage reporting to identify trends, supply recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.
Change Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Lead change enablement for new features, system upgrades, and process improvements; interpret and communicate technical changes for business value.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging automation and analytics to drive operational excellence and scalability.
  • Engage in project management to deliver and deploy programs and support large-scale initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a catalyst for transformation, culture, and continuous improvement, supporting future skills and AI literacy programs.
Stakeholder Consulting & Strategic Enablement
  • Consult with all lines of business to advise on diverse ways to use the LMS and Talent platforms to support their programs and initiatives.
  • Advise HRBPs and business leaders on LMS capabilities, automation possibilities, and strategic alignment with org initiatives.
  • Communicate/escalate common themes and insights to product owners/key stakeholders; inform changes needed to system job aids based on technology evolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' direct experience working with LMS and online learning course delivery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Learning or equivalent enterprise LMS.
  • Experience with automation, AI tools, and process improvement (e.g., PowerAutomate).
  • Experience with query and report development and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Articulate, Captivate, or similar learning content authoring tools is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and change-leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
Location: Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule.
