Who We Are:

Overview:
We are seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise in creating and facilitating engaging and impactful learning experiences for adult learners, which may include but is not limited to designing and delivering in-person trainings, e-learning courses, videos, and documentation, as well as maintaining, and updating existing resources as needed. As part of the IT Department, the role works closely with members of the IT team and provides support to attorneys and staff across all our offices. This role also supports the firm's adoption of Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), including developing training, guidance, and best practices to help users apply AI safely and effectively in their daily work.
Key responsibilities Include:
* Delivering New Hire training and onboarding.
* Provide individual learning solutions for Microsoft Office 365 products and other firm technology.
* Create e-learning solutions. Demonstrated knowledge of media tools (e.g., Storyline, Camtasia, Canva), instructional design and educational technology.
* Develop and maintain learning materials for applications in appropriate formats with a focus on adult education principles.
* Build and maintain relationships through communication, 1:1 support, learning sessions and follow-up.
* Evaluate and design the user experience for new technology, and work to enhance the user experience of existing technology.
* Identify education opportunities based on Help Desk calls, department, and user requests.
* Notify, schedule, and deliver technical and departmental software learning sessions and maintain a record of attendance.
* Understand complex topics and ideas in order to express them in design.
* Perform creative and technical duties in the production of graphical and interactive elements used in digital, print, video, web, audio, presentations, e-mail, animation, and other electronic media projects.
* Participate with project deployments including user acceptance testing, end user support, communication, and deployment tasks.
* Design and deliver training on Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), including prompting technique and practice use cases for legal and business workflows.
* Build learning content with AI consumption in mind, including structuring documentation, videos, and e-learnings so tools like Copilot and Harvey can accurately reference and surface them when supporting users.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Minimum of five years' experience in training and professional development
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
* Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
* Strong customer service orientation and client-focused mindset
* Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva
* Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
* Bachelor's degree in a related field required
* Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Harvey) and an understanding of effective prompting techniques

The estimated starting pay range is $61,000-$85,000. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
