The Senior Learning & Development Specialist supports the design and execution of corporate talent management initiatives that drive organizational growth and development. This role partners with internal stakeholders to assess development needs, implement learning solutions, and track program effectiveness to enhance overall workforce capability.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Conduct development needs analyses to identify priorities and support leadership, learning, and career development initiatives
  • Design and deliver learning solutions, including course content, materials, and facilitation, while evaluating program effectiveness
  • Manage projects and coordinate development activities, including LMS administration, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
  • Analyze program performance and prepare reports, presentations, and insights to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across business units and build strong relationships with internal clients and vendors to enhance talent development programs

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in corporate learning, development, or talent management
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms, particularly Learning and Performance modules
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
  • Advanced capabilities in instructional design, training needs analysis, and course development
  • Detail oriented, analytical thinker with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and strong critical thinking skills
