Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Learning & Development Specialist to support the growth and success of our employees through engaging, impactful learning experiences. In this role, you'll design and deliver training programs for new hires, existing employees, and organizational initiatives while partnering with leaders across the credit union to build knowledge, strengthen performance, and support continuous improvement. From facilitating interactive classroom and virtual training sessions to developing learning materials, coaching employees, and evaluating training effectiveness, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional employee experiences that ultimately lead to exceptional member experiences.
