We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to own and elevate our training function in Phoenix and remotely support our NYC office. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business by developing the next generation of high-performing recruitment consultants.

What you'll be doing
As our Learning & Development Consultant you'll play a critical role in developing recruiters from their first day through every stage of their career.
Responsibilities:• Design, deliver, and continuously enhance Harnham's recruitment training programs
• Lead onboarding and classroom training for all new hires
• Coach recruiters through live desk-side mentoring, call coaching, role-playing, and one-on-one development sessions
• Train consultants on:
