This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

The Sr. Client Lead Recruiter is a strategic partner to the business team they support. Theyare responsible forunderstanding and aligning the organization's talent needs with its goals, inclusive of prioritizing roles, forecasting, and setting benchmarks to successfully fill demand within the requestedtimeframes. This role involves closing candidates, overseeing the recruitment process, creating reporting, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Sr. Client Lead Recruiter is also tasked with driving talent strategy, managing requisitions, and continuously improving operational excellence within the talent acquisition (TA) team. The Sr. Client Leadis responsible forstakeholder management spanning across business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, finance, and more. A strong Client Leaddemonstratesexceptional closing skills, organization, prioritization, strong verbal and written communication skills, customer obsession, and ability to influence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Owns client relationships with assigned business groups; responsible for customer education, reporting, and escalation management.
  • Develops, implements, and oversees the delivery of strategic hiring plans thatanticipatecurrent and future needs of their aligned business unit. Inclusive of creating pipeline strategy through market intelligence, events, branding, and multi-channel funnels.
  • Monitors and ensures exceptional candidate experience across all roles under their remit: preparation,timelyfeedback, positive interviewing experience, clearcommunication.
  • Leads offer strategy and closing activities (offer creation, extension, and negotiation).
  • Drives the recruiting operating rhythm for their aligned business group: demand planning, reporting cadence, data stewardship, funnel reviews, and forecasting.
  • Continuously improves processes, tools, and workflows to increase sped, quality, and compliance of the TA organization. This includes leveraging customer feedback and data analytics toidentifyimprovement opportunities across the entire hiring lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with recruiting peers (sourcing recruiters, full-lifecycle recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and process specialists) and partner teams (compensation, HR, legal) to foster positive candidate and customer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years managing and influencing VP/Director-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate relationship tools; strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills; ability to influence, set expectations, and apply constructive pushback.
  • Data-driven approach: set benchmarks, track metrics, forecast, and prioritize to meet or exceed customer SLAs.
  • Experience supporting Operations functions (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, facilities) or similar domains
  • Proven ability to design multi-channel sourcing strategies and employer brand initiatives
  • Ability to architect and scale organization-wide recruiting operating mechanisms with VP/Director stakeholders (e.g., intake/prioritization, headcount allocation, SLAs, governance); deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights to guide portfolio decisions.
  • Executive communication: ability to author concise stakeholder memos and recruiting strategy documents (problem framing, data/market analysis, options/risks, recommendation, success metrics) for VP/Director audiences.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $134,434.00 - $188,207.25

  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
