Job description

As a Lead GTM Recruiter at Candid Health, you'll work directly with our CCO and senior leadership to build our growing Sales and Marketing organization and define what best-in-class GTM recruiting looks like as we scale. Our team has more than doubled (~200) in the past 18 months, and we expect that momentum to continue this year and next. Your work will directly influence how we attract, hire, and build the teams driving that growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who sees recruiting as more than pipeline management. You'll operate as a strategic thought partner to the business: helping leaders calibrate talent and build top-of-funnel engines for critical hires. If you're energized by ambiguity, excited to build from first principles, and motivated by the opportunity to raise the talent bar at a company in hypergrowth, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own GTM recruiting outcomes end-to-end. You'll lead full cycle recruiting to scale our Sales & Marketing teams, including Enterprise AEs, strategic GTM roles (enablement, solutions, ops) and first-in-seat VP and director-level hires.
  • Partner closely with our CCO and GTM teams to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and move the needle.
  • Build sophisticated top-of-funnel strategies. You'll develop creative sourcing approaches and evergreen pipeline strategies that consistently attract high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
  • Raise the bar on recruiting rigor and execution. You'll proactively identify opportunities in GTM to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Be a player, and a coach to other members of the team to help scale internal recruiting practices.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in scaling GTM and Marketing teams in a high growth environment.
  • High-slope operator who thrives in ambiguity. You take ownership of outcomes, move with urgency, and know how to create structure in environments that are still being built.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-oriented and operationally rigorous. You know your funnel metrics, use them to manage expectations and diagnose problems, and care about process and execution details.
  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Value collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Impact-driven and highly accountable. You care deeply about hiring quality, persist in the face of setbacks, and continuously strive for excellence, even in fast-moving environments.
  • Experienced with modern recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity.
Location
We are an in-person culture. We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room and our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days working from one of our offices (San Francisco, New York, or Denver) and 1 day working remotely.
Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $190,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
