About the Role

Success Academy is seeking a Leadership Recruiter with a strong background in leadership and/or executive search to lead the recruitment of high-impact leadership talent. Reporting to our Corporate TA Leader, you will own the end-to-end "hunt"-sourcing, engaging, and landing top-tier leaders who possess the grit and vision to drive our dual mission of academic excellence and advocacy. You will serve as a strategic consultant to our senior leadership team, acting as a master of the market, a persuasive storyteller, and a relentless pursuer of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for Senior Management and Director-level roles, managing the end-to-end process from initial research and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.

  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define leadership competencies and develop data-driven strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.

  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential leaders through direct headhunting, market mapping, and specialized executive search techniques.

  • Manage the executive candidate experience to ensure a tailored, confidential, and professional journey that reflects the organization's high standards.

  • Advise senior leaders as a trusted talent partner, providing deep insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and executive compensation.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador to communicate Success Academy's unique mission and high-performance culture to leaders across diverse sectors.

  • Refine complex search processes continually to ensure adherence to exceptionally high standards for quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting, with at least 4 years specializing in leadership recruitment and/or executive search.

  • Prior experience in executive search firms is a plus.

  • Proficiency with specialized executive sourcing/market mapping platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for executive-level engagement and high-stakes negotiations.

  • Proven ability to function as a Strategic Talent Advisor to senior leadership.

  • Exceptionally high standards for work quality and a reflex for continuous improvement.

  • Expertise in leveraging data and competitive intelligence to develop customized headhunting strategies.
