We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including business development and candidate placement. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to developing new client relationships and closing placements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Job Matching: Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
