Job Description Dudley Staffing is a dynamic, growing staffing agency specializing in providing top-tier talent solutions to businesses across various industries. As a full-service staffing company, we are dedicated to connecting exceptional candidates with exceptional companies. We are looking for a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team.

The Full Desk Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and staffing, working closely with both clients and candidates to build relationships and ensure successful placements. This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships through proactive business development efforts. The foundation for success in this position is established by understanding client needs, building and identifying candidate pools based on each client's unique staffing needs, and strengthening relationships with new and existing client base.

The Full Desk Recruiter works closely with the HR and management teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of clients and staffing of placements, executing established processes. Location: Pittsburgh, PA | Oklahoma City, OK | or Houston, TX Compensation Package: Competitive Salary Uncapped Commissions Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Medical Deductible Reimbursement Life Insurance 401K Plan + Employer Match PTO (Vacation, Personal, & Holiday) Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of full desk Recruiting experience required Must have an established network of contacts and the ability to recruit.

Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with clients, vendors, employees, contractors, and potential clients, demonstrating a customer service orientation; Participates in industry events and associations. Serves as professional liaison to all clients, leading and coordinating teams and resources to meet goals successfully and timely, within budget constraints. Identifies and pursues potential clients and opportunities.

Coordinates with Executive team on potential clients, as well as invoicing concerns, to include invoice aging. Works closely with HR and Accounting teams to ensure timely onboarding/placement, timely invoicing, and maintenance of active placements and/or direct hires. Works closely with clients to ensure active placements are fulfilling needs.

Analyzes recruitment metrics and feedback to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and improve outcomes, ensuring that both clients and candidates receive the best possible service.
