Recruiter - Full-Desk (180°)

FinTrust Connect

Tampa, FL • On-site

Job description

FinTrust Connect is growing, and we're looking for an experienced 180° recruiter to join our team — someone who knows how to source, screen, interview, and close candidates from start to finish. This role is focused on recruiting and candidate delivery for our existing client roles — not business development or new client acquisition.

Banking and financial services recruiting experience is a big plus, but it's not required — what matters most is that you know how to run a full desk and get results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates — for our active client roles
  • Partner directly with our team to fill open positions with the right talent, fast
  • Use the tools and systems we provide (ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.) — no need to bring your own, though if you already have your own tools/network, even better

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a full-desk (180°) recruiter
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills
  • Banking/financial services recruiting background a plus, not required
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a 100% commission environment

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role — your earnings are tied directly to the roles you fill. No cap on what you can make. For the right person, a draw may be available after showing consistent activity/production.
