We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including business development and candidate placement. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to developing new client relationships and closing placements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Job Matching: Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and contract agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and updated candidate pipeline using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team and other departments to achieve business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in full desk recruiting, including business development and candidate placement.
  • Strong understanding of the technical recruiting landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting tools.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.
