Dental Hygiene Recruiter (Active RDH License Required)

Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus Potential


Work Environment: In-office position with occasional travel for career fairs, networking events, and recruiting meetings as needed.


Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Dental Hygiene Recruiter. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top dental hygiene talent to support a growing multi-site dental organization.

Reporting to Talent Leadership, this position plays a key role in sourcing candidates, managing applicant pipelines, supporting recruiting initiatives, and guiding candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RDH looking to leverage their clinical background in a fast-paced, people-focused recruiting environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage qualified dental hygiene candidates.
  • Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist with offer presentations, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with leadership to review current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Develop relationships with dental hygiene schools and educational programs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, onboarding, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
