Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract licensed commercial real estate brokers

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates through networking, outreach, and industry events

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process

Job description

We are a growing commercial real estate brokerage specializing in investment sales within a highly active and expanding niche sector. Built on a foundation of industry expertise, strong client relationships, and an entrepreneurial approach to business, our firm has established itself as a respected player within its market and is now entering an exciting period of growth.

As demand for our services continues to increase, we are making a significant investment in expanding our brokerage team. We believe that exceptional brokers are the driving force behind long-term success, and we are committed to creating an environment where talented professionals can thrive, build meaningful careers, and maximize their earning potential. Our leadership team is focused on strategic growth, attracting top talent, and continuing to strengthen our presence throughout the industry.

This is an opportunity to join a company at a pivotal stage in its evolution. Rather than stepping into a mature organization with limited room for impact, you will have the chance to help shape the future of a firm that is actively scaling and investing in its people. We value initiative, professionalism, relationship-building, and individuals who are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced recruiting professional to lead our efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring licensed commercial real estate brokers. This is far more than a traditional recruiting position. The individual in this role will serve as a key driver of the company's growth strategy, helping build the team that will fuel the next phase of expansion.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with brokers throughout the industry, understanding their career goals, and presenting compelling opportunities for them to join our organization. Whether engaging with professionals who are early in their careers or experienced producers with established track records, your ability to connect with people, build trust, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be critical to your success.

The ideal candidate enjoys networking, business development, and relationship-driven recruiting. You are comfortable initiating conversations, creating opportunities where others see obstacles, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates. You understand that recruiting top talent is both a sales process and a relationship-building process, and you thrive in an environment where your efforts have a direct impact on company growth.

This is a highly visible position that works closely with company leadership and offers the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the future of the organization. For the right individual, this role provides the chance to build something meaningful, establish a recruiting function that drives long-term success, and become an integral part of a rapidly growing commercial real estate brokerage.

This position is primarily onsite. However, candidates coming directly from the commercial real estate industry may be considered for a hybrid/remote work arrangement, based on their experience, network, and ability to perform independently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract licensed commercial real estate brokers
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates
  • Source talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, social media, industry events, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification conversations
  • Present the company's value proposition and growth opportunities to prospective brokers
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build relationships with both active and passive candidates across the commercial real estate industry
  • Maintain recruiting databases, candidate records, and pipeline tracking systems
  • Partner directly with leadership to identify hiring priorities and workforce planning needs
  • Develop creative recruiting campaigns and talent attraction initiatives
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization within the commercial real estate community
Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, or business development experience required
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals, real estate professionals, or other commission-driven talent is preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking abilities
  • Ability to confidently engage with professionals at all levels of experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable conducting outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
  • Experience building candidate pipelines and managing full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve hiring goals
  • Commercial real estate recruiting experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
  • Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000
  • Additional performance-based incentives tied to successful hires
  • Candidates coming directly from the commercial real estate industry may be considered for a hybrid/remote work arrangement, based on their experience, network, and ability to perform independently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who wants to move beyond simply filling positions and play a direct role in building and scaling a high-growth commercial real estate organization. If you enjoy relationship-driven recruiting, business development, and helping ambitious organizations grow, we would love to hear from you.
