Regional Recruiter
Position Summary
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations within an assigned region. This role partners closely with operational leadership to attract, identify, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Regional Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting strategies, labor market trends, and hiring best practices to ensure staffing goals are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with district and regional leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Review employment applications and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while communicating compensation, benefits, and employment expectations.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, applicant flow, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to support onboarding and new hire success.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or hiring experience, preferably supporting multiple locations or high-volume hiring.
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and make recommendations based on hiring trends.
