Summary
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple locations within a designated region; partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manages the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensures a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and regional hiring priorities.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices in recruiting and selection.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS (Paycom) experience, preferred.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; frequently required to talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
