Compliance, Process & Systems Integrity

  • Ensure all recruiting activity complies with federal and state employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, etc.) and internal policies and procedures.
  • Represent Sabre at technical school and college career fairs, industry events, and community hiring initiatives.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a consistently professional, responsive, and human candidate experience from first contact through offer — reflecting Sabre's values of connection and commitment.
  • Serve as a Sabre brand ambassador, communicating our culture, career development philosophy, and total rewards story with authenticity and conviction.
