As an Talent Acquisition Supervisor you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:
  • Supervises a team through the day-to-day workload and recruiting lifecycle.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of recruitment projects and programs as needed.
  • Shares best recruiting practices with associates and team members.
  • Is the subject matter expert for the recruiting process and policy inquiries.
  • Trains and mentors' talent acquisition specialists and coordinators.
  • Leads a production role that delivers against hiring goals established by TA manager and business needs.
  • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting related experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
