Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Location: NCSC B3

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Department: Talent Acquisition / Operations Support

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team while serving as a key resource for employees and site leadership across both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, supporting recruitment operations, maintaining employment records, assisting with workforce administration, and providing employee support during extended coverage hours.

Working a schedule of 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, this position bridges the gap between shifts, ensuring consistent support for candidates, new hires, employees, and operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting and hiring administrative functions.
  • Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer documentation and hiring packets.
  • Coordinate start dates and onboarding schedules.
  • Maintain recruiting records and applicant tracking systems.

Onboarding & New Hire Administration

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up with candidates as needed.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and site leadership to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Assist with orientation preparation and onboarding logistics.

Workforce & Employee Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions during late 1st shift and 2nd shift hours.
  • Provide support and guidance regarding onboarding status, payroll questions, employment documentation, and company processes.
  • Escalate employee concerns to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workforce communications.

System & Administrative Support

  • Utilize DLMS and other internal systems to support workforce administration.
  • Assist with payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Support offer processing and employment transactions.
  • Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data.
  • Generate reports and track hiring and onboarding metrics.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, or Administrative Support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred

  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience with onboarding processes and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of DLMS or workforce management systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
