Job description

LHH is seeking an experienced Recruiting professional for a direct-hire Talent Acquisition Supervisor role with our manufacturing client in the Richmond, VA area. This is a fully on-site position.
  • Supervise talent acquisition team
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Manage job requisitions, ATS records, recruiting metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Present offers, support negotiations, and oversee pre-employment activities.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful hires.
  • Manage internal job postings and recruitment programs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners.
  • Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
  • Stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
