Ovation is a Las Vegas-based property management and development company behind some of the valley's most sought-after communities - from luxury midrise and garden-style apartments to vibrant 55+ living. As we continue to grow across Summerlin, Henderson, and beyond, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and run the recruiting engine that keeps our communities staffed with great people, from the leasing office to the corporate office.
Why Ovation
Ovation takes the long view - on our communities and on our people. We invest in continuous learning and leadership development, and we're building a team-first culture across every level of the company. If you like the idea of shaping how a growing Las Vegas company finds and hires its people, we'd love to talk.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acqusition Lead to join our thriving HR team for our Corporate team. This opportunity is based on-site in our Las Vegas Corporate office.
About the Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting leadership role for someone who's comfortable wearing two hats: one day sourcing leasing consultants and maintenance technicians for a new community opening, the next day running an executive search for a regional or corporate leadership hire. You'll own the recruiting function end-to-end - strategy, process, and execution - while partnering closely with property and corporate leadership to make sure Ovation always has the right talent in the pipeline.
What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across a mix of hourly, professional, and executive-level roles spanning property management, leasing, maintenance, and corporate operations
  • Build and manage a recruiting function that scales with a growing multi-property portfolio, including sourcing strategy, process design, and reporting
  • Partner with hiring managers and property leadership to understand staffing needs and translate them into strong job postings, sourcing plans, and interview processes
  • Manage the candidate experience from first outreach through offer, keeping things fast, professional, and personal
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, cost-per-hire) to leadership
  • Help shape employer branding and recruitment marketing to support Ovation's growth
  • Mentor or manage recruiting support staff or coordinators as the function grows

What You Bring
  • Experience recruiting and managing a recruiting function, ideally within property management, multifamily real estate, hospitality, or another industry with a similar mix of hourly and professional/executive hiring
  • A track record of running high-volume hourly recruiting (leasing, maintenance, service roles) alongside more strategic professional and executive searches
  • Strong relationship-building skills - you're just as comfortable talking with a maintenance tech candidate as you are with a regional VP
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
  • A proactive, organized approach and the ability to juggle multiple open roles across different levels and locations at once

BenefitsWe offer competitive salaries, career growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Rent discount - Employee rent discount after 90 days.
  • Medical Insurance - 100% free option available for employee/company pays portion of dependent coverage, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days
  • Dental and Vision Insurance - Employee and dependent coverage options available, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days.
  • You will be eligible to enroll in our 401K plan on the first day of the quarter following three months of employment.
  • Our generous PTO package consists of 13 days of paid time off, which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available after 90 days of employment), ten holidays, and one half day annually.

***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.***
