Overview

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system. TA Lead will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level. TA Lead will source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, exercise independent judgement and discretion in matching candidates seeking employment with the requirements of the job opening, and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers. TA Lead will exercise authority to make decisions about whether a candidate should advance to the next step in the hiring process. TA Lead will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, and senior leadership to ensure that recruiting practices meet the organization's needs. TA Lead will assist in identifying and evaluating new search mediums (sites + systems). TA Lead will assist the Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition on special project as needed. TA Lead will assist with training, reporting and analytics, and identifying workforce planning opportunities. TA Lead will advise and consult the business on the right fit, oversee the sourcing, screening, and interview processes to acquire the best talent to meet business needs.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience of advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  • General knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws, regulations and legislation; including working knowledge of employment law as it is applied to recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

    Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $73,819.20 to $105,372.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
