About the Opportunity
Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and helping clients? Russell Tobin is hiring Client Support Service Professionals to join a fast-paced financial services team in Columbus, OH.
This role is a great fit for candidates with customer service, contact center, or client support experience who want to build their career in the banking and brokerage industry.
📍 Location: Columbus, OH (On-site)
💰 Pay Range: $19-$20/hour
📅 Contract Opportunity
Key responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from brokerage clients and provide exceptional support
• Assist with account inquiries, cash management services, online banking tools, and mobile app support
• Research and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of service
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
✅ Customer service or contact center experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
✅ Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset
✅ Interest in financial services, banking, or brokerage support
