Set your sights on a role making a real difference in the healthcare system. We're looking for a self-motivated HRIS Specialist to join our team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into patient care; in turn, this allows us to continue to grow our company and your career.
Accretive Health is looking for an analytical and strong self-starter during a 6 to 9 month contract to perform functions as a HRIS Specialist.
This role will work directly with Human Resources, IT, Payroll, HR Business Partners and other members of Accretive to maintain data integrity and improve data tracking processes in our current HR Systems including: Lawson and Smart Ben. Data will need to be corrected and new processes started in order to prepare for implementation of new HRIS system and to support our company's growth.
Your day to day role will include:
  • Correct, update, and audit HR data to ensure data integrity.
  • Detect, troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
  • Proactively implement new and improved data tracking methods in HRIS.
  • Partner payroll and HR Business Partners to maintain accurate and timely transfer and update of employee data.
  • Perform data clean up as necessary.
  • Synchronize tracking of HR data with India HR team.
  • Coordinate centralized tracking of internal job descriptions.
  • Assist with other HR projects within HRIS and in the various HR functional areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least one year of experience in HRIS role.
  • Proficiency with MS office suite.
  • Strong enthusiasm and drive projects through completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to exercise a high attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
