The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end administration, configuration, and enhancements of CRB's Human Resources Information System. Acting as both a technical and functional expert, this role safeguards the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data while supporting HR processes. The analyst works closely with Human Resources, IT, payroll, and other administrative teams to implement system updates, system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the platform in alignment with industry best practices ongoing organizational needs.  Success in this position requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong knowledge of HR processes and a dedication to continuous improvement. A high level of discretion, accuracy, and familiarity with HR policies and procedures is essential.Â
Serve as main administrator for Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including managing software updates, regression testing, and performing regular system troubleshooting and data corrections. Areas include but not limited to performance management, leave and paid time off administration, employee and manager self-service, and data imports/exports. Â
Responsible for the accuracy of data integrity across all platforms and contributes to system testing, report generation, and the evaluation of data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement. Â
Serve as the primary technical support contact for HR system users, providing training, analyzing, and resolving system-related issues providing prompt and effective support to stakeholders.Â
Drive partnership with IT, payroll, HR, and external vendors to manage system integrations, workflows, and system notifications to maintain system functionality.Â
Lead regular system audits to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.Â
Point of contact to review user security roles and permissions assignments to the HRIS complies with data privacy regulations.Â
Partner with IT Data team to generate and maintain Power BI data and HRIS report requests from the business.  Â
Generate custom reports and dashboards from HR data to analyze workforce trends and provide metrics for departmental use.Â
Support the evaluation, selection, and decisionmaking process for a new HRIS platform and provide datadriven recommendations.Â
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department. Â
Serve as a backup to HR Coordinators and assist with conducting new hire orientation and providing regional support for onboarding and offboarding.Â
Minimum QualificationsÂ
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline, is preferred.Â
Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on HRIS platform administration and configuration experience. Dynamics 365 F&O ERP is preferredÂ
Additional QualificationsÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Â
Hands-on configuration experience with HRIS/ATS systems and platforms.Â
Hands-on experience with reporting tools; PowerBI preferred. Â
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP function, and formula writing, is preferred. Â
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Â
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.Â
Strong problem solving and user support orientationÂ
Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal direction/supervision.Â
Ability to investigate and learn new technologies.Â
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Â
