  • Lead or independently manage HRIS projects and enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation, documentation, and post-launch support.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve complex system, data, configuration, and integration issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support recurring and annual People programs, including benefits open enrollment, performance management, goal setting, compensation and merit cycles, payroll activities, absence management, and other HR processes.
  • Evaluate existing processes and technology capabilities, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency, scalability, quality, and user experience.
  • Establish and maintain system controls that reduce operational risk and support compliance with applicable employment, payroll, privacy, and benefits requirements.
  • Monitor and audit system processes, integrations, security roles, and employee data to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, security, and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and recurring analytics for HR, management, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing and validation activities for Workday releases, system enhancements, integrations, and business process changes.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, integration specifications, business process documentation, and operating procedures.
  • Facilitate system training, develop user resources, and provide advanced guidance to employees, managers, HR partners, and system administrators.
  • Monitor Workday and HR technology trends, releases, and emerging capabilities and recommend improvements based on organizational needs.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on HR technology capabilities, data, processes, and system design.

Skills and Experience:
