Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $140,000.00

Location

Richmond, VA; Rutherford, NJ. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly

Role Summary

The Senior HRIS Analyst will have extensive hands-on experience in supporting the maintenance, testing and improvement of our HRIS system, SuccessFactors.  This role is responsible for managing changes, enhancements and implementations regionally, and as part of a global team.  Support the HR team, both regionally and globally, to ensure system capability is fully realized and in-line with business processes and requirements. 

Additional Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for various assigned modules within SuccessFactors.

  • Act as Product Owner and implementation lead for assigned region and/or specific global projects.

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine business and system requirements and define scope for enhancements and new functionality.

  • Develop and/or support the implementation of new/expanded system functionality, system upgrades, and integrations, including designing, testing, configuring, and monitoring systems/

  • Test any changes, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes so the system meets user needs.

  • Manage testing and implementation of SAP bi-annual releases and system refreshes

  • Manage SF configuration workbooks for North America and ensure documentation is kept up to date including audit change, ensure consistent technical architectural standards are met across SF (in production and UAT)

  • Work closely with HRIS Manager to deliver end user training for NA HR staff and refresher training.

  • Oversee Role Based Permissions for North America.

  • Ensure data integrity by creating data audits and implementing data validation in the system.

  • Perform and/or assist with manual data uploads where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user support tickets.

  • Participate in user group meetings/conferences as needed.

  • Act as a SME within the Global HRIS team and the NA team, providing training and support to other team members as needed.

  • Produce regional reports and ad-hoc reports as required by the business

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Core Required Skills and Competencies
  • Strong Awareness of other systems, such as ADP.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and experience mapping processes to configuration

  • Experience of systems implementation and integration

  • Highly proficient in GoogleSuite packages

  • Strong analytical skills, proven written and verbal in a commercial environment

  • Meticulous attention to detail and robust problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with all levels of seniority

Required Minimum Years Experience

5+ years of SuccessFactors administration and/or configuration experience

SuccessFactors Certification in one or more modules is required  (EC. RCM, Comp Certification) 

This role may require working non-standard hours from time to time to support global initiatives.  International and domestic travel is required.

Required Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field.

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.

Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
