Job description

Our client is seeking an HR Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and analysis for a Brazil HR application migration into SAP SuccessFactors. This role will bridge business processes and system implementation, ensuring successful delivery of Brazil-focused migration activities with strong vendor and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and functional documentation for Brazil HR application migration into SAP SuccessFactors
  • Translate Brazil-specific HR processes and hire-to-retire employee lifecycle workflows into clear system requirements and process documentation
  • Support system implementation activities including requirements validation, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), integrations, and data validation
  • Coordinate defect logging, issue tracking, and resolution management throughout Brazil-focused testing phases
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholder teams during system configuration, setup, enhancement, and readiness activities
  • Assist project manager in delivering Brazil migration workstream through process mapping, documentation, and go-live readiness preparation
  • Perform data analysis to validate system outputs and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR business analysis, HRIS implementation, or related HR systems roles
  • Advanced proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS platforms
  • Expert knowledge of hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, and functional analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (required for Brazil-focused migration work)
